We are not doctors or dietitians. The information we provide is based on personal experience, and past client results and studies of Whole30, KETO, and Intermittent Fasting. Any recommendations we may make or information provided to you in person or on this website should be discussed between you and your doctor because a change in lifestyle can involve risks. The information you receive in our emails, programs, services and products do not take the place of professional medical advice.
This is for educational and informational purposes only. While we draw on our prior professional expertise and background in many areas, you acknowledge that we are supporting you in our roles exclusively as a Registered Nurse (Jennifer), Master Certified Health Education Specialist/PhD (Catherine) and Registered Dietitian (Brady). We provide information concerning, but not limited to education and empowerment of lifestyle and behavior changes as well as providing support to improve health outcomes.
We aim to accurately represent the information provided in our e-mails, programs, services, and products. You are acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily in using any of our e-mails, programs, services, and/or products, and you alone are solely and personally responsible for your results. You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, life and well-being, as well as the health, lives and well-being of your family and children (born and unborn, as applicable), and all decisions now or in the future.
Before starting any new diet and exercise program please check with your doctor or practitioner and clear any exercise and/or diet changes with them before beginning. We are NOT doctors, nutritionists or registered dietitians. We DO NOT claim to help cure or treat any condition or disease, or diagnosis disease. We DO NOT provide medical aid or nutrition advice for the purpose of health or disease nor do we claim to be doctors, nutritionists or dietitians.
Any product recommendation is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our statements and information have not necessarily been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
We expressly disclaim responsibility to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly as a result of the use, application or interpretation of any material provided to you as the client.
Coaching: A client can be refunded for an individual session up to one-week before the session is to take place. Otherwise, we do not provide refunds. For groups, once the group has started, we do not provide refunds.
Workshops: We will refund payment for an in-person workshop up to one-week before the workshop is to take place. We do not provide refunds for our online workshops.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
By signing up to work with us, you acknowledge and accept that we; are health professionals but not medically licensed doctors (Jennifer is a licensed Registered Nurse); are not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical doctor; we recommend that you consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise plans; and are not liable for any harm you may incur by changing your lifestyle and dietary behavior. The information we provide is intended for education and empowerment purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical advice or used as a substitute for medical care. We are not responsible for any adverse affects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from the education, encouragement and information we provide.
We are not licensed medical doctors or dietitians and make no claims to be so. Dr. Moring has her PhD in health and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), a Certified Whole30 and a Certified Keto/If Coach and Jennifer Taylor is Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, specialist in fitness nutrition, and a Certified Keto/If Coach. They are both currently working to become Certified Diabetes Educators and work with clients with diabetes and pre-diabetes on a regular basis.
